Atrophic maxilla (BMP II) Infuse to completion from Bill Cohen of St. Louis Curly Larry and Moe!

Tough case–took 1.5 years to complete, but the outcome was fairly decent. Maxilla was egg shell–no ridge and or bone at the apical aspect of sinus.  Infuse with particulate bone allograft was used. 

BMP-Infuse went great–could not of completed the case without it.
