He practiced at the New York Center for Cosmetic Dentistry in New York, NY, and was the founding president of the New York Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Golub-Evans became an AACD Accredited Fellow in 1992. Fellowship is the highest level of achievement available to AACD members.

Dr. Golub-Evans was also heavily involved with dental education, as he was also an Associate Clinical Professor at New York University, Department of Dental Materials Science and Restorative Dentistry and the Director of Cosmetic and Esthetic Programs at New York University’s Center for Continuing Dental Education. He attended Hamilton College and New York University College of Dentistry.

He has written articles for numerous dental health magazines including Dentistry Today, Dental Products Report, Oral Health Compendium, and Dentist Magazine. He was the Editor-In-Chief of the book, Current Opinion in Cosmetic Dentistry, Clinical Editor of Dentist Magazine, and Associate Editor of The Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry.

“The AACD, and the dental professional as a whole, were shocked and saddened by the recent passing of Dr. Jeffrey Golub-Evans,” said AACD President Dr. Jack Ringer. “His passion, artistic talents, skills, and compassion in the field of cosmetic dentistry truly embodied the spirit and mission of the AACD. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends and members of the dental community.”

Dr. Jeff Morley, AACD co-founder, shared his thoughts about Dr. Golub-Evans:

“He was admired and loved by many. Jeff’s contribution to the development and ‘soul’ of the AACD is immeasurable and transcends his many accomplishments.”
