How would it be if all our patients accepted our treatment recommendations without having to be pressured, without stress or rejection? Why do dental patients reject appropriate treatment?

Patients respond well to a nurturing, friendly demeanor. However, many times, rejecting the treatments has nothing to do with the dentist. It could be that they have dental anxiety.
