ballooning health care costs, Ontario‘s government has been rolling out a program to deal with them for the cost of a cleaning rather than the cost of a coronary bypass. The program has come to Hawkesbury with the Eastern Ontario Health Unit’s opening a dental clinic that will provide free dental services to children from low-income families.

According to Dr. Paul Roumeliotis of the health unit, families living on tight budgets often go without the services of dentists.
