It’s rainin’ endo to the tune of It’s rainin’ men – HALLELUJAH to both

Patient presented with symptoms on 24, swelling and discomfort. I could remove the crown with the Metalift, there was only minor damage of the occlusal porcelain after using it. Post removal was a piece of cake, there was sufficient ferrule to give a good restorative prognosis. We placed 2 canal projectors, separated the inside of the crown with vaseline and made a composite build-up of self-cure Luxacore.  After the composite had set, the crown was removed, and the surplus of composite on the cervical dentine was removed with an US tip. Then we removed the projectors, adjusted the access and applied CaOH.  Crown was recemented with a temp cement. I’ll see her back in a month or so.
