The problems encountered restoring an upper right central in E.max All Ceramic,with a Zirconia framework, on an Ankylos implant fixture.
 
All Ceramic restorations are very much the fashion these days, often due to the promise of more natural aesthetics but this can sometimes cause its own problems, one of which can be providing adequate support for the ceramics if the stock abutment has had to have been reduced to correct the angulation
