JERUSALEM, Israel: White coats are a possible source of potentially pathogenic bacteria, a new study has shown. Researchers at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem investigated the rate of potentially pathogenic bacteria present on uniforms worn by hospital staff, as well as the bacterial load of these microorganisms.
