ADVANCED SOFT TISSUE MANAGEMENT

Tissue regeneration is a challenging yet essential aspect of implantology. While the short-term healing of tissues is important, it is the maintenance of said tissues which is the ultimate goal. Adequate tissue management is the key for durable tissue regeneration, optimal esthetics and long-term success.

Proper management is obtained through knowledge of biology and the use of the right tools. Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), apical mattress sutures, soft brushing technique, specialty instruments are the key assets to establish healthy, durable soft tissue, as well as strong, resilient bone after surgeries.

GUIDED IMMEDIATE LOADING FULL ARCH IMPLANT PROTOCOL

The « Fast Guide » System was developed for immediate implant placement in the maxilla and the mandible. This guide provides a perfect axis for rootform implants in edentulous patients.

While the precise positioning of the implants is important, proper tissue management establishes the foundation for bone and soft tissue maintenance which explains the excellent long-term outcomes of this technique.

CAD-CAM SOLUTION FOR THE POSTERIOR SEVERELY RESORBED MANDIBLE

The severely resorbed mandible poses a significant challenge to the clinicians using even the latest guided bone regeneration techniques. The presence of healthy anterior teeth makes this situation more difficult since patients often wish to keep them.

The IBS (Inlay Bone Sub) implant and BOR (Bone Onlay Regeneration) technique were specifically developed to tackle this unique challenge. With modern CAD-CAM technologies, the latest tissue management and bone regeneration protocols we have achieved a unique solution to a unique problem.
