Designed for professional enrichment as well as personal “down time”, the 2018 Aruba Dental Conference is scheduled for February 1-3, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa & Casino. Sponsored by Clinical Research Dental and Clinician’s Choice, this year’s conference features three of dentistry’s top professionals, Dr. Robert Margeas, Dr. Michael Miyasaki and Dr. Robert Ritter, and is packed full with the latest information on esthetic and restorative dentistry.
Day 1- Dr. Robert Margeas will review dozens of direct anterior and posterior clinical cases step-by-step that are done in real time on an everyday basis. These include: preventing post-operative sensitivity, class IV restorations, diastema closure, and peg laterals. Simplified implant techniques and coordinating treatment with your surgeon for immediate extraction, placement, and provisionalization using the patient’s natural tooth on the day of placement. Learn about making the perfect impression, and dealing with tissue management issues. The techniques learned can be incorporated into your practice immediately for increased profitability. Participants should walk out with a strand, rather than a pearl following this practical and honest presentation from a full time practitioner.
Day 2-Dr. Michael Miyasaki
This is the most exciting period in dentistry with new technologies and materials introduced daily. To succeed our practices cannot just be good, but they need to be remarkable. Today’s clinician must be able to evaluate which services they wish to focus on and be well versed in the clinical principles needed to achieve success, make our patients smile, and build a remarkable practice. This presentation will discuss many everyday clinical situations that challenge us and offer solutions and implementation strategies to make it easy to go back to your practice and utilize what you learn.
Day 3- Dr. Robert Ritter will present an integrated approach to utilizing digital design and communication, digital planning and work flow that looks at diagnosis and treatment planning as well as smile design and single unit dentistry for the everyday esthetic dental practice. The attendee will be able to communicate the desired outcome to both the ceramist and the patient making it a winning combination. A state of the art review of digital marketing will round out this exciting presentation.
With all 3 lectures scheduled for the morning, participants will have plenty of time to indulge in Aruba’s perfect 82 degree weather, dramatic vistas, historic sites and natural landmarks. Breathtaking beaches with pristine, soft white sand await those longing for a glorious sunbathing retreat. As a watersports mecca, Aruba serves up ample wet ‘n wild adventures like kite surfing, waterskiing, snorkeling, tubing, parasailing, wreck diving, and so much more. Whatever your preference and pleasure, your Aruba vacation can be as low-key or high-energy as you want.
