October 25 - October 27, 2019
Lecture Room: TBA Clincial Sessions: Nobel Biocare Oral Health Centre, UBC

This hands-on course offers instruction in all aspects of adult minimal sedation to include nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation and oral sedation, as well as effective methods in dealing with anxiety control in general practice. Participants will learn various techniques and will have the opportunity to try several types of nitrous oxide and oxygen delivery units.

Each of these individual courses are specifically designed to meet or exceed the criteria, standards and guidelines of the American Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, the Alberta Dental Association and College, Royal College (Ontario), and the Association of the Canadian Faculties of Dentistry, for the teaching and administration of nitrous-oxide/oxygen and oral sedation. Additional adaptations can and are often made for licensed practitioners from other States and Provinces.
