March 31, 2023
Live Zoom webinar

PROGRAM OUTLINE
There has never been a greater sense of urgency to adhere to close
examination of the oral cavity for early discovery of mucosal abnormalities.
This course will include clinical recognition, diagnostic procedures and
treatment suggestions for common or important oral diseases including oral cancer, oral infectious/inflammatory diseases, mucocutaneous diseases and oral cysts.
This case-based lecture will demonstrate the appearance of alterations in mucous membranes, which will permit a logical differential diagnosis of white, red, nodular and blistering lesions. Oral cancer will be reviewed
comprehensively. A logical approach to radiographic differential diagnosis of bone lesions will be discussed. This course will review the performance of a comprehensive extra- and intra-oral examination. The supportive role and critical responsibility of the dental professional is an integral component of early discovery. Discover how our profession is positioned to make a powerful impact on oral diseases. Early discovery is key.
