This edgy office is a result of relentless planning and analytical thinking, together with a strategic placement of eye-catching elements, in order to stand out of the crowd in a busy Mall.
When working with the client on this project, our team at De Style Design had a clear sense of purpose in terms of branding, as well as the necessity to clearly define the flow into the space – in a unit with a unique access point and irregular geometry.
Working together with the team from Henry Schein and Braewood Developments, we stayed on point, keeping up with a strict schedule, relentless Landlord Design criteria guidelines as well as navigating in the stringent confines of the area.
Starting from exterior approach to the space, we strategically placed accent lighting elements, in order to command attention and create an instant ambiance that is markedly different from the bustling surroundings. The use of Halo lettering on the signage front set the tone to the focal elements within the space.
Strong geometric lines of the ceiling bulkheads, defined by the crisp blue accent light, lead the eye into the treatment area of the office, while creating a glowing futuristic look – catering to the “Cosmic” in the practice name.
Storage opportunities are fully explored in the area where these are needed most – Reception Business desk. The cabinets are carved into perimeter walls, in order to be accessible, yet not to compete with the design of Reception counter and waiting area.
State of the art equipment is highlighted by clean crisp flooring and wall colors, as well as cove lighting – which further defines every room.
The overall effect is of a bright, contemporary and professional space with a character and consistency of branding that is paramount to creating a memorable experience with visitors and patients alike.
