A diffuse erythematous velvety gingival enlargement in the maxillary anterior region spanning entire width of the keratinized gingiva from maxillary left first premolar to maxillary right first premolar. The gingiva showed pale pink, soft, edematous with a granular surface generalized loss of stippling and scalloping. The probing depth on teeth #11, 21, 22 was 5mm with concomitant bleeding on probing and increased mobility.
