Melville, NY–U.S.-based Henry Schein, Inc., has acquired the dental distribution business of Ash Temple Limited, Concord, ON, a privately held dental distributor with revenues of approximately US$100 million last fiscal year. Henry Schein’s four groups — Dental, Medical, Technology and International — reached sales of US$3.4 billion in 2003.
Established more than 100 years ago, ATL operations will be combined with Henry Schein Arcona, Henry Schein’s Canadian dental business.
