We’re looking for a part or full-time associate, to join our large, modern practice located in the Westshore of Victoria BC.
Our office attracts between 150-200 new patients per month all allowing for a high billing potential.
We offer:
- 1 to 1.5 to 2 chair system (depending on the dentist’s comfort level and ability) with additional overflow operatories if needed.
- Treatment coordinators to help facilitate your workflow.
- Hygiene coordinators to ensure a strong hygiene program.
- Dedicated full time accounts receivable position.
- Engaged management and well planned out systems and policies.
- A sterilization assistant to help with room turnover.
- Itero scanners, a CBCT, touch screens in all ops, IO camera’s and digital charting.
- Anesthetic free hard tissue Solea laser for cavities and fillings.
- Mentorship and collaboration opportunities with skilled and experienced dentists that provide Invisalign, implants, endo and surgery.
