A $1-million gift to the Dalhousie faculty of dentistry will help create two new dental surgery suites at the university, improving care for pediatric and special needs patients.
The Tze / Chiang Paediatric and Adult Special Needs Clinic was created through a donation from Dr. Theresa Chiang in memory of her late husband, Dr. Wah Jun Tze.
The couple, who met as students at Dalhousie University, shared a passion for improving health outcomes for children and vulnerable populations.
