A British Columbia dentist is speaking out against the province’s looming vaccination deadline for private-sector healthcare professionals, saying his licensing college should tell Dr. Bonnie Henry “to crawl back into whichever hole she came out of.”

Robert Johnson, a dentist in Salmon Arm, B.C. posted a strongly-worded video to social media on Wednesday in an effort to raise awareness and rally opposition three weeks ahead of the March 24 deadline imposed by the province.

“Stop doing things that clearly make no sense,” Johnson said. “There’s no science, there’s no logic. There’s no basis for most of this garbage. So, stop doing it.”

Im trying to find out if BC residents have the right to request that the dental hygenist assigned to them has been vaccinated against Covid. Office says “no” as it would violate the privacy of staff. Claim they follow very stringent safety regulations but no details given. This means a patient must “trust” their safety to the dental office. I feel everyone has the right to decided if they want to be vaccinated but working in someone’s mouth would seem the patient has the right to know their tech has been vaccinated. Will the mandate for vaccination finally be in place in 2020 so patients can be fully protected or will “anti vax” proponents refuse to abide by the mandate?
