ClearDent today announced the launch of the full cloud and hybrid versions of their market leading practice management software. The company will begin distributing ClearDent Link, a hybrid cloud solution for customers who wish to access their on-premise, server-based data in the cloud, and ClearDent Cloud, one of the country’s first and only pure cloud platforms developed in Canada.
“The new offerings couldn’t have come at a better time as solo practices are looking to grow and scale, and multi-site environments need to access their data from centralized locations and standardize across practices. There’s little doubt that cloud computing will be the primary driver of innovation in the future. With the launch of these solutions, ClearDent will again set the stage for the next generation of digital transformation in Canadian Dentistry. Right out of the gates, our cloud customers will immediately benefit from connectivity to their practices from anywhere – without a layer of on-premise technical constraints,” said Karl Schmidt, VP of Business Development.
ClearDent led the “paperless pratice” movement in the early 2000’s, and is dedicated to moving dentistry forward with innovative solutions that help dentists and practice owners scale and maximize profitability. ClearDent Cloud is another step forward for Canadian dentistry.
“It’s been a wonderful journey for us, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate our twentieth anniversary with this launch,” said Peter Li, Co-founder and Chief Evangelist. “At ClearDent, it’s always been about connecting data and improving operational efficiency within a dental practice. The cloud connects data and improves efficiency across multiple dental practices, patients, software, and technology. The immediate benefits are connectivity, visibility, and scalability of business and clinical data to streamline operations and patient communication for better patient care, and to help practices grow.”
Years in the making, ClearDent Link and ClearDent Cloud were designed and built based on feedback and input from dentists and their teams. Marrying the latest technology trends with every day insights from the practice floor, ClearDent Cloud promises to tackle the toughest challenges in dentistry in a simple, easy-to-use and operate platform.
“We are very grateful to our dedicated team, who have worked diligently over many years to get these new and exciting offerings to market,” added Denise Tung, Director of Product Development. “Not lost on us is the continued support of our customers, who have been with us every step of the way and provided us with invaluable feedback that helped shape our products. We will continue to commit ourselves to moving dentistry forward together.”
ClearDent will be demonstrating and taking orders for ClearDent Link and ClearDent Cloud at PDC, and will be offering introductory pricing to dentists looking to adopt next generation practice management software.
