DS World 2021’s Hybrid Event Planned to be the Biggest and Best Ever with Over 150 Hours of Educational Content Available and World-Class Entertainment. Registration Extended!

Dentsply Sirona World is the premium annual clinical education event for dental professionals. From September 23-25, the Ultimate Dental Experience will once again take place in Las Vegas, NV, connecting participants to first-class clinical education courses and the next generation of innovative solutions. Join fellow dental professionals on site or virtually and take a step into the future of dentistry. DS World 2021 registration for both in-person and virtual options is now extended until September 20. With limited capacity remaining, the in-person event registration may sell out and close earlier.

Dentsply Sirona’s clinical education programs are an essential part of the company’s commitment to empowering dental professionals, reaching more than a million people last year. Dentsply Sirona World 2021 is a hybrid event, and participants can join their peers on site at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, NV, or virtually via livestream and on-demand functionality with special digital programming.

This event will undoubtedly be the highpoint of the year, offering educational content from almost 120 speakers and the opportunity for those joining in Las Vegas to be entertained by unforgettable musical and comedy acts.

Multiple ways to join and earn more credit from top speakers than ever before

Whether participating virtually or in-person, there are several ways to earn CE credits at Dentsply Sirona World, with a total of 159.5 scheduled hours of high-quality clinical education offered across the weekend’s activities from almost 120 top speakers. Those attending in-person can earn CE credits onsite, and then earn additional credits from home through the virtual courses offered via the DS World app and DS Academy.

Similarly, those attending virtually and registered for the CE programming ticket can also earn CE credit from courses available long after the event via both platforms through to October 31.

Registration and key courses will fill up fast, so it is imperative for interested dental professionals to sign up now for the world-class educational courses. For those already signed up, individual courses should be registered for well in advance of the event to reserve sought-after spots in the engaging and dynamic educational sessions.

Some key speakers participating in this year’s event include Drs. Shivi Gupta and Dan Butterman who will present on the Digital Restorative Workflow and the Digital Implant Workflow, respectively. Other key highlights include:

  • Dr. Mona Patel’s “Increasing SureSmile Treatment Success and Case Acceptance with CEREC Ortho SW 2.0”
  • Dr. David Landwehr’s “The What, When and Why of Cone Beam Computerized Tomography (CBCT) in A State-of-the-Art Dental Practice”
  • Dr. Sarah Jockin’s “Own the Slope: Contemporary Implantology”
  • Dr. Shalin Shah’s “Success in Aligner Management – Protocols, Refinements and Precautions”
  • Dr. Scott Resnick’s “CBCT for Endodontic Diagnosis and Treatment Planning”
  • Dr. Mike Skramstad’s “SW 5.2 Update for CEREC Users”

“Whether you are a generalist, specialist, dental technician, dental hygienist, or a member of your practice’s management team, you will benefit from joining Dentsply Sirona World. We offer 13 educational tracks with at least one for every member of the practice team,” said Eric Bruno, SVP, North America, Dentsply Sirona.

Exciting entertainment and ideas that inspire

After busy days full of engaging and dynamic speakers, educational sessions and more, participants will also have the opportunity to network and visit their peers against the backdrop of world-class entertainment.

For the first time ever, onsite participants will be treated to three evenings of unforgettable headlining entertainment, including performances by a three-time Grammy-winning singer, an Emmy-winning stand-up comedian, and Grammy-winning electronic music and production DJ duo The Chainsmokers. Other highlights of this year’s entertainment program include the exciting opportunity to hear from inspirational speakers live, such as Mel Robbins, whose popular TEDx talk has been viewed more than 25 million times.
