Ontario Dentist Reprimanded But Cleared Of Most Serious Allegations

An Amherstburg dentist who was hauled before a disciplinary panel of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario has been ordered to pay a $5,000 penalty and will be subject to two years of monitoring and random inspections by a college inspector.

While given a formal reprimand, the most serious allegations originally levied against Dr. Zeljko Veselinovic were withdrawn, including that he charged “excessive or unreasonable fees,” and that he “recommended or provided unnecessary dental service.”
