The future of dental practice transitions across Canada has never been brighter. Beginning this Fall, Tier Three Brokerage will now have operations coast-to-coast.
Bill Henderson, Tier Three’s President, announced the expansion this week, with the addition of very high profile representatives across Western Canada. “We are delighted to be bringing Tier Three’s unique approach to dentists from Tofino to St. John’s, and everywhere in between.” said Henderson. “For the first time ever, Dentists across Western Canada now have access to Tier Three’s Advanced Patient Metrics® which have been proven to identify and unlock value other approaches may miss.”
Dr. Bernie Dolansky, Senior National Partner is leading Tier Three’s roll out across Canada. “We are thrilled to have three very special individuals joining the Tier Three team.”, said Dolansky. “Dr. Tom Breneman, in Manitoba/Saskatchewan and Dr. Ron Smith, in B.C., have extensive track records of service to the dental community, both as past Presidents of their respective provincial associations and former Presidents of the Canadian Dental Association. Dr. Gordon Thompson, is also joining Tier Three, having just stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of the Alberta Dental Association and College. The industry knowledge and contacts that Gordon, Tom and Ron bring, along with Tier Three’s extensive experience, is going to help revolutionise the way practices are sold across Western Canada.”
The launch in Western Canada complements Tier Three’s recent expansion in Atlantic Canada where Mike Black established the Atlantic office in May, 2016. This makes Tier Three one of only two brokerages operating across the entire country.
“Beyond our new ability to leverage a national footprint to help dentists in each region of Canada, I am most proud of the fact that we now have 8 current and former Dentists working on our team” said Henderson. “They bring a unique and very personal understanding of the hopes and fears our clients have when considering the eventual sale of their practice. Only a dentist can fully understand that this is more than a simple financial transaction – it is the transition of a lifetime of professional work and patient relationships.”
