Train Your Way Through COVID-19 Cabin Fever

Don’t Let Cabin Fever WIN!!

Congratulations, you have made it to week 6 of the COVID-19 shutdown and isolation.

Cabin Fever is experienced when a person is stuck at an isolated location or in confined quarters for an extended period of time. Isolation is not a natural state, and for the most part, we are social animals and thrive on social connections with others.
