Last year the Canadian chapter of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain was created and had it’s first very successful meeting thanks to the efforts of Drs. Dennis Marangos and Richard Goodfellow. The organization focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and management of TMD and related syndromes. These disorders are complex and confusing and there is a need for predictable treatment approaches. Attending the meeting is a great way to foster communication and create a collaborative effort leading to the best treatment for these patients. Last year’s meeting was a huge success and was very well attended. This year’s meeting will be held September 26 and 27, 2008 at the King Edward Hotel in Toronto.
