Make plans to join hundreds of dentists from around the world at the FDI Annual World Dental Congress and Exhibition in New Delhi, 11 to 14 September 2014, where, in the words of the congress theme, “a billion smiles welcome the world of dentistry”.
Registration opens on 15 October on the FDI New Delhi 2014 website. If you are thinking of submitting an abstract, the key date is 3 December, when the abstract submission webpage comes online. Abstracts should be in one of the following areas: General Dentistry and Oral Health; Preventive Dentistry; Dental Treatment & Restorative Dentistry; and Implantology. Other areas of dentistry will also be considered.
All accepted abstracts will be published in a special online, open access edition of the International Dental Journal, to be issued in October 2014. Congress promotion The FDI Annual World Dental Congress and Exhibition is the must attend dental event in the yearly worldwide calendar. FDI 2013 Istanbul was the best in over a decade, with well over 16,000 visitors and more than 270 companies showcasing their products and services in some 6,000 square metres of exhibition; 171 speakers and 1190 abstracts presented.
