Focus on Global Dental Health: MSL New Lead PR Agency for Dentsply Sirona

On January 1, 2018, MSL began as the new lead global PR agency for Dentsply Sirona, the market and innovation leader for dental products and technologies. In addition to technical communication, the MSL team is responsible for strategic communication consulting for cross-divisional projects and for continuously promoting innovative communication approaches. Internal and external communication is very important at Dentsply Sirona, as is demonstrated by its very close contact with the trade and general press as well as a strong commitment to all relevant social media channels.

“What was particularly impressive about the MSL pitch was the combination of many years of experience both in specialized communication and in the dental sector and their fresh ideas outside the familiar B2B PR box. Because we communicate on a global scale, it was also important for us to know that we can rely on MSL’s global network. And the fact that we already have a successful working relationship with Publicis Pixelpark and Saatchi & Saatchi of the Publicis group that can create synergies was yet another determining factor in this decision”, says Marion Par-Weixlberger, Director Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Dentsply Sirona in Salzburg.

The core German MSL team with offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg will assume responsibility for the direction and networking of international initiatives in addition to targeted media contacts.

“We are proud of our success in gaining the confidence of Dentsply Sirona – The Dental Solutions CompanyTM ‒ the world’s largest manufacturer and innovation leader of dental products and technologies for dentists and dental technicians. Dentsply Sirona has long been one of the major clients we wished to attract – especially because of the company’s responsive, bold approach to communication, both offline and online. We look forward to supporting Dentsply Sirona actively in dialogue with its important multipliers and stakeholders, and enhancing recognition of its innovative solutions for better, safer, faster dentistry”, says Birgit Söllner, Managing Director at MSL.
