Garber, Salama, Spear, Kois Among Headliners at AACD 2013 in Seattle

Drs. David Garber, Maurice Salama, Frank Spear, John Kois, and Newton Fahl are among the long list of heavy-hitting speakers scheduled to speak at AACD 2013, cosmetic dentistry’s premier educational event, which will take place in Seattle April 24-27, 2013.

AACD 2013 offers cosmetic dental professionals—including dentists, lab techs and team members—live learning through hands-on workshops and lectures. The meeting also provides attendees with networking opportunities through social events, and the chance to see the latest dental technologies on display in the exhibit hall.

To open the conference, Garber and Salama will host a 3-hour “power session” for all attendees on The Role of TEAM in Reconstructive Esthetic Dentistry. And, in addition to well-known educators Spear and Kois, AACD 2013 will host Drs. Betsy Bakeman, Jacinthe Paquette, Cherilyn Sheets, and many more.

Veneers, implants, smile design, and portrait photography are among the many course topics available in Seattle. Course selection for the event opens Dec. 7 at 8:00 a.m. CT, and some courses are expected to fill quickly. Attendees must be registered to select courses.

“Clinically, AACD 2013 in Seattle is one event you can’t miss,” said AACD President Ron Goodlin. “The opportunity to see the top names in cosmetic dentistry education at one conference is rare. Register now to secure your spot—this is a meeting everyone’s going to be talking about.”

Registration numbers for AACD 2013 are expected to be a bit higher than recent conferences in the past due to the west coast location and the desirability of Seattle.

“Registration numbers for AACD 2013 are trending ahead of previous years’ sessions,” said Kelly Radcliff, AACD Director of Professional Education. “We expect a large showing in Seattle, because many of our members are located along the west coast, and we also expect a good showing from dental professionals in Pacific Rim countries.”
