Sector event to present innovations and research results from the dental medicine and dental technology segments of the German dental industry
From 9th to 12th June 2013, 69 exhibitors will be showcasing their products at Sino Dental’s German Pavilion in Beijing. The sector event titled “Dental Technology from Germany“ will occupy a total area of approximately 1,600 square metres. At the fair, the German dental industry will stage a special show on innovation and research. The show will resemble a research station, divided into a lab area and a surgery. It will depict the areas of research and technology, dental medicine and dental technology. The 17 innovative products on show will demonstrate the dental industry’s close cooperation with German colleges and research labs.
In order to stimulate visitors’ curiosity about how research institutes, dental surgeries and labs interact, a facade displaying a wide variety of media presentations will provide a glimpse inside the research station from the outside. Visitors who enter the station will be guided through the dental surgery and the lab areas. During their tour, they will receive information and explanations related to the individual steps of the process chain, topics such as dental care and replacement, and computer-assisted lab work (CAD/CAM). In addition, as they proceed through the research station, visitors will be able to interact with the various exhibits. The dental companies that manufacture the products on display will have representatives at the special show to present and explain the individual stations.
The “German Dental Day” will take place on 10th June 2013, the second day of Sino Dental. The event will form part of the German sector’s overall presentation and include a specialist symposium.
