Cedar Rapids, Iowa was host to the prestigious TEREC, NA association- a strategic alliance of leading North American independently owned dental laboratories. Their 3 day meeting included a tour of member laboratory, Dental Prosthetic Services, and presentations by representatives of industry leaders Argen, Henry Schein/Zahn Dental, and Ivoclar.
Terec NA continues to reach out to the leading manufacturers in the world for the latest in technology and manufacturing. At their October meeting in Cedar Rapids, Iowa Ivoclar Vivadent, Argen, and Zahn Dental/Henry Schein presented on the newest Cad Cam equipment and materials. Presentations were focused on current and emerging technologies and business trends in both the dental laboratory and dental operatory environment with an emphasis on zirconia, Lithium Disilicate and manufacturing processes and techniques.
“While in Cedar Rapids the Terec NA group was fortunate to visit Dental Prosthetic Services Dental Laboratory to observe these technologies in production. Terec laboratories strive for excellence in manufacturing, management and marketing.
