The study compares the anesthetic efficacy of 4% articaine buccal infiltration and 2% lidocaine inferior alveolar block in children with irreversible pulpitis. It also assesses the need for supplemental intrapulpal injections.
- The Standard Anesthetic – Articaine hydrochloride 4% with epinephrine 1:200,000 injection 100 x 1.7mL cartridge
- The Surgeon’s Anesthetic – Articaine hydrochloride 4% with epinephrine 1:100,000 injection 100 x 1.7mL cartridge
