Two Striper® ZTech™ from Premier®
Introducing a new diamond cutting instrument for a new generation of ceramics
New, smarter dental materials provide challenges to conventional diamond burs designed to cut tooth structure. Of primary concern are heat generation during grinding and the possibility of chipping and micro-fractures during material reduction or adjustment. The Two Striper ZTech was designed to quickly and safely cut or adjust this new generation of ceramics including IPS e.max® lithium disilicate and LAVA™ zirconia. Dense diamond coverage and our patented P.B.S. ® bonding combine with a proprietary diamond crystal to deliver smooth cutting over multiple uses with low vibration and optimal material removal. Whether the chairside clinical challenge is to cut off a crown, cut through restorations to gain endodontic access, or simply adjust a cusp after seating, the TS ZTech diamonds provide faster and cooler cutting with less trauma and no sparking. Lab technicians will feel and see the difference on the bench as they adjust zirconia bridges, copings, and substructures while eliminating micro-fractures.
ZTech FG diamonds come in a convenient assorted pack containing five different shapes,, or in individual 5-packs. In addition three shapes are available in a “lectric friendly” longer shank. Use with copious water spray for best results.
