The anterior teeth would discolor due to untreated necrotic pulp. In this aesthetic situation, it is time to access, vacuum root canal system contents (this is good anyway, as latent bacteria could creep out from the foraminal seals), and then fill the root canal system. Then correct the discolored tooth with either “walking bleach” or veneer or maybe some futuristic paint!
