cbCT Aficianado – in print and available as an APP on iTunes

Looks like a Dens-en-dente case….but the CBCT shows that the supernumerary tooth is not attached in any way to tooth #2.1. Tooth #1.1 was previously avulsed and replanted, but never followed up for some unknown reason.
