This is in the Amerindian village of Karasabai at the base of the Pakarama Mountains in Guyana, South America. The group was part of a medical, optometric and dental volunteer team that spent two weeks in the area. They are part of a non-profit organization called 'Remote Area Medical Volunteers of Canada.'
