The geometry of the unit allowed the team at De Style Design, to create a more dynamic layout of the reception area, in order to maximize visibility of the space to the outdoors. The main reception area elements are positioned on an angle relative to the overall square shape of the space. The skewed lines are balanced by the horizontal sightline of wood planks applied to the walls. To add to the wonderful openness of the windows at the front of the unit, the Design team has opted for combining exposed ceiling elements with suspended drywall bulkhead design – framed by a graphic line of accent paint finish. Floor and ceiling elements, along with the positioning of the desk – act in unison to define the angled geometry of the space.
