A brand new 10-session track Dental Assisting will be introduced this year. It is geared specially towards assistants and features a Dental Assisting General Session led by Shannon Pace-Brinker.
Furthermore, Dentsply Sirona World will also feature a dedicated lab track for experts across all lab related areas, demonstrating once again the company’s vision of modern dental technology.
More than 85 talented speakers spread across all 11 educational tracks will make this event as exciting as it is educational. One of the many famous speakers this year is the critically-acclaimed author Doris Kearns Goodwin, who will present the keynote address. Goodwin is the author of six New York Times best-selling books, including her most recent, The Bully Pulpit: Theodore Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, and the Golden Age of Journalism. Known for her appearances and commentary on television, Goodwin is seen frequently on late night and Sunday morning talk shows, including The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
First-class entertainment
Speaking of television, one of this year’s entertainers is actor and standup comedian Jim Gaffigan. With a live standup on Thursday evening, Gaffigan is guaranteed to have attendees rolling on the floor laughing.
