IDEM 2024 had record-breaking success this year from April 19-21 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
There was a 36% increase in attendees from the previous event, with 8,917 people visiting from 74 countries and regions. Over 600 exhibiting brands were present with a record-breaking 44 speakers and 42 sessions and workshops taking place.
Mathias Kuepper, the Managing Director and Vice President of Asia-Pacific, Koelnmesse Pte Ltd., expressed, “The success of IDEM 2024 was based on the reputation and the credibility we have developed here in Singapore for over 20 years. The feedback from the exhibitors and the delegates has been excellent. We will build on what we have achieved this year here at IDEM and continue to emphasize quality, high-level scientific programme and bring the latest technologies and innovations to future editions of IDEM.”
The digital platform IDEM360+ also showed a significant increase in usage, enhancing the experience and engagement for attendees. This reduced the number of printed materials needed, a helpful step for reducing the IDEM’s carbon footprint.
The next edition of IDEM will take place from April 17-19, 2026.
