Aribex, a worldwide leader in portable and handheld X-ray products, was recently acquired by the KaVo Group, an affiliation of leading global dental equipment brands effective immediately. The transaction was completed earlier this week and integration efforts have commenced.

Integration efforts between Aribex and the KaVo Group are underway. The group does not anticipate any significant changes that would affect relationships with dealers, suppliers or users.
