Henry Schein Canada, a subsidiary of Henry Schein, Inc. The ACE Surgical line includes a comprehensive offering of products for specialty and implant dentistry, including bone grafting materials, instruments, consumable goods, small equipment, and other specialty items.
Henry Schein has distributed a limited number of ACE products for several years, and will now also assume the distribution business of Surgical Science, a Toronto-based medical distribution company that recently ceased operations, turning over all ACE distribution to Henry Schein Canada. For more than 40 years, ACE, based in Boston, Massachusetts, has served oral surgeons, periodontists and other dental specialists throughout the United States. Surgical Science had sold the ACE line in Canada for nearly 20 years. After the untimely passing of one of its principals in recent months, Surgical Science decided to discontinue operations in Canada, and together with ACE, looked to Henry Schein to become the exclusive distributor of their products and continue serving their customers.
