Wisdom, a U.S.-based AI-powered dental billing platform, has raised U.S. $21 million in a Series A funding round led by Permanent Capital Ventures (PCV). Aquiline and existing investor Juxtapose also participated.
The new funding brings Wisdom’s total raised since its founding in 2023 to U.S. $28 million, including a U.S. $7 million seed round from Juxtapose.
Wisdom helps dental practices manage billing and collections, combining AI with expert billing staff. The company says it has a Net Promoter Score of 73, and over half of its new clients come through referrals.
Earlier this year, Healthcare Business Review named Wisdom a Top Dental Billing Company, and DentalIQ awarded it a 2025 Dental Innovator Award for its AI-assisted billing service.
The company was founded by CEO Stoyan Kenderov and co-founder Ashley Bond. The funding will support product development and expansion to serve dental practices of all sizes across the U.S.
