Sun Dental Labs, a full-service US-based dental lab – has created the Find A Dentist Directory Program for their Sunflex® partial denture product. This is an online database of Sun Dental Labs’ dentists that will be found on www.sunflexpartials.com.

I include this little Press Release simply to see if there is any commentary from the readership. It seems to me that any and all dental companies should consider reverse marketing concepts using social networking. It’s not new, LVI has done it, Invisalign, and others. Given the explosion in the implant universe, CAD/CAM field, cbCT world anon, it would interesting to see if the manufacturing and distributing companies could envision patient centric websites to direct visitors to dentists who use their products. It’s the ultimate tit for tat…….but first, the company has to understand social networking and move beyond a purely fulfillment mindset……stay tuned.
